perhaps it is not for everyone, but there is nothing like a water fast for improved mental clarity, detox, weight loss and “reboot” of your whole system. this is something not to be taken lightly, and research should be done before embarking on a water fast, as well as dietary preparation, mental prep, etc. So worth it…ask me anything – if i don’t know, ill try to help you find an answer =)
How to water fasting
"Four Days of water fasting can lead to the most amazing month ever."
How I did it: The 1st day for me was mild. The 2nd day was hard. Days 3 & 4 were amazing. And the days immediately following were amazing. You just feel incredible.
Lessons & tips: Drink lots of water and when you're feeling tempted to break the fast earlier then you planned, read other people's experiences online.
