Create an online portfolio

I’m a freelance graphic designer and artist. I want to polish up some illustrations and gain higher profile design clients and have the best of this material shown on a good online portfolio.

The page that I had up a year ago pains me to look at. Even my goals here are difficult to view sometimes, as they have been left mostly unattended and really need so much more attending to for them to be…what they should be.

My friend chastised me earlier today for not seeing an old friend of ours had separated from her husband via the information being posted on facebook.

How does one maintain so many social sites?

You can’t.

I’m having a hard time just keeping up with the sites that I run, much less all these other accounts…

Hm.

I’ve done much more new and interesting things since the last version of this.

Need to reboot it with all the more recent goodies.

Hi. I am an Indian student in Dubai doing Mechanical engineering. I am 5’7 and have a fair complexion and i work out regularly to keep fit. I am intrested in modelling and acting. Although i dont have any previous experience, I am an excellent public speajker and have participated in many debates.

I speak impeccable english, have done adventure sports like rafting, advanced mountaineering, canoing, etc..

I was in my school horse riding team and am an excellent horse rider. Besides that i play a no. of sports and have reached the 3rd round of National Squash tournament in India. I also play tennis, cricket, football and hockey.

I created a blog and started putting together my work history. What I found most intriguing was the idea of a learning environment, but my site is mostly about historical events rather than goals and future events. The process was very educational however.

Trying to do this, in a Greatest Hits sortof method is really kindof tough. Since everything I have is scattered about, pulling it together is difficult, but then also culling, trying to get the best stuff…all this makes me realize how much I’ve produced in the past few years…I guess I’ll just keep putting it up if it’s something I’m still proud of.

I’ve got the first of what will be several galleries up now, and I made it my home page. I mean, it’s what people would want to see right? All the same, I need to be adding an entry to that blog too…

But those nice big images have bigger closeups that appear in a nice transitional way. Just seems pretty….I dunno…legit.

There’s still at least two more pages to do…

If there’s anything that anyone would like to see, that would make things better, please let me know.
