I have not completed a 43Things goal in several months.
I have not done anything in several months.

If I can almost “Carve pumpkins with Narilka,” the rest of these goals should be a lead-pipe cinch.
When is it acceptable to simply delete a goal, as opposed to marking it “I give up?” There are a couple of things on here that I’d like to delete, as they have, for various reasons, gone onto the back burner for the time being.
I suppose, since I still plan to accomplish them eventually, I should leave them on here.
Oh, the dilemma!
“Complete some of these goals.” Okay, that’s kinda vague. How will I know when I can say I’ve “completed” this goal of completing some of these goals?
When I have pared my list down to 32 Things, through completion and deletion, I can consider this goal of completing some of these goals complete.
Although I suppose “deletion” is not exactly the same as “completion.” But close enough.
I strongly dislike having 43 things on my 43Things list. I used to limit myself to about 30, which was still too many. It’s difficult to focus with too many projects demanding time, thought, and effort. I need to complete some of this stuff so I can clear it off the list!
Right now I have several goals on which I am waiting for “paperwork to be processed.” This is frustrating, because at this point there’s little I can do other than wait. I am at the mercy of bureaucratic incompetence and holiday season work slowdowns.
You’d think that I could at least get my car washed, huh?
Grrrr….
