As it turns out, I completed this goal a while ago (back in December). It’s a great documentary!

Got the last disk and realized that it wasn’t a new episode. Instead it was a recap and analysis of climate change, habitat issues, animal endangerment, etc.

I went back through to double check that I’d got them all and realized I hadn’t listed Deserts. That one came with Caves & Ice Worlds, for some reason I just didn’t make an entry for it. The footage for Deserts was amazing too. Vast sand, harsh environment, amazing anything can live out there.

So I’m done! 2+ years after the rest of the world saw it on Discovery channel I’m finally catching up :) Better late than never!! So worth it!

They both were good. I was amazed at the animals working together to feed; especially the dolphins and sea birds. And also amazed at how brave (or crazy?) the camermen were that captured the shark footage. With chum in the water and man-eating sharks looking for food and the guys in the water without cages? Not a job for me!

was one of my top favorites. The footage is amazing. :) But the entire series is honestly incredible. The equipment they used to get some of the images they were able to capture is so awesome. I love watching Planet Earth…probably an episode a week on average. I re watch them over and over again because I always seem to catch things that I didn’t the previous times around.

Amazing. This one has unbelievable amazing footage of great white sharks and sea snakes! Another favorite!

omg the poor photographer stuck in the hide waiting for the darn birds of paradise to attract a female….5 weeks?? 10 hours a day for 5 weeks before there was any action?? Unbelievable.
