I am 190# and would like to loose about 55 of those #;s. I would also like to help my family shed their setra #’s as well. I have tried different diets but they just don’t work. The Natinal Body Challenge is our last hope.

How I did it: I believe there are a couple of of other Bally's in the Syracuse area - it would be worth checking them out, even though Carousel is possibly more central to the general area. I'd rather have a sanitary facility.

I signed up and have gone to Bally’s twice. I’m hoping that knowing others like the ones on this site will be inspiring. I have lost 30 lbs over the last two years and am halfway to my goal. Obviously, this has not been an easy journey. Best wishes to all!

Anyone who is beyond thirty years old can relate to the difficulty of losing weight in their latter years. I am 61 years old, have osteoporsis and need to lose a minimum of 15 lbs. Hopefully, this will assist in my quest.
8 months ago, I stopped exercising regularly and started to eat horribly—I want to start getting back in shape by losing weight and getting fit again!
Hope working graveyard shift won’t make this challenge extra difficult. My eating habits are not something I’m proud of, especially eating all my calories at night and then going to bed. I am too tired to work out half the time. I am motivated to do this and live healthier before I’m forty
