I am lucky, because I live in Canada, there are free detox and rehab centres. Unfortunately, they are stupid 12 step programs, which are based on a belief in God, and I am an atheist. I don’t think 12 step programs work, but unless I have money the only rehab centres are the crappy 12 step programs.

i need this more than anything…i hate being high but its better than being sober…until i become sober again. i don’t have money and insurance won’t pay…this is a nightmare but one day i hope to get there and start living my life.

^{^}i wrote that as a reason for needing it, and telling me i don’t need it or that i’m not trying hard enough leaves me nowhere because after all, i HAVE tried everything in my capability, i HAVE read everything in books and on the internet, i’ve struggled with this for most of my life and i did not ask you once if you think i can do anything else. i would have provided more information if i was looking for advice, and i’m not. thanks.

my uncle actually thought there was a demon in me
so i got tired of him and went away

i’m trying to get into a 90 day rehab located in an old victorian home.
