write short stories again!

I’ve been writing, and I have a rough draft complete for a story. I’m going to polish it and try and get it published in a literary magazine.

I just found out that Eragon and the other book in the “Inheritance” trilogy were written by a teenager! That is amazing. I’m going to really try and get back into writing.

I always hate saying that I’ll do something next (insert time frame here). It just gives license to push things back further, but being that I have finals this week, this would not be a good time to start writing short stories. Next week, however, I will have much more time on my hands to begin writing, and I am going to dedicate just a few minutes a day to writing. It should be fun!

I used to have a knack for great stories. I almost lived entirely in my head at times, and could put my thoughts and dreams onto paper in fantastic ways. I stopped doing that, and it is hard to get back into it, but I’m going to do it!

i have been thinking about story lines. i am starting to write one now. i will post when i am done.

i have been trying to find the time to write again! not working out too well.
