I’ve been on the news several times. Once, I was the youngest person to make it to the final round in a Scripps Howard area qualifier (had I won, I would have gone to Scripps Howard; I placed third.) and got more coverage than the winner on the local news. I was adorable in a little denim jumper…it WAS the early nineties!
Another time, I was hitting on a reporter during a special event at the mall and he had them film an interview with me.
And yet another time I was in The Laramie Project. It was a huge controversy so of course the news had to show up.

i was on the news when i was really young. i got peanut butter poisoning, and my mum was just holding me and saying how i was vomitting and stuff, so it wasn’t very glamorous in my situation lol.

I WAS ON THE NEWS FOR A CHANNEL 3 MAKEOVER IN ARIZONA. IT WAS A VERY NERVOUS MOMENT IN MY LIFE BECAUSE ITS “LIVE”. ALTHOUGH I DIDNT LIKE THE BANGS THEY GAVE ME.. I STILL THINK IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE THAT I PROBABLY WONT DO AGAIN IF I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY, BUT VERY GLAD I DID IT!!

I don’t know why I would be on the news…I’m not anything special. I’d just like to be acknowledged as a faithful citizen of Wallingford. I mean I do a lot of things that average people may not do but I don’t display it. Maybe I should and maybe I’ll get somewhere with this goal.
