So I was figured out my path to this goal today. I was really excited, it’s going to take quite a bit of work of course but I am actually looking forward to it.
I decided that I will complete my course work for my AS and then transfer to the program. They have an ABA approved program at Fullerton College and I want all the certification I can get.

How I did it: How did I do it? Well, I didn't. lol. But I sure tried, and that's what counts. At least I succeeded in crossing something off the list of things I might want to do. Read how I did it…

Well, finals are next week for the first semester. Then a blessed 3 week break. Then back for 5 months straight. I’m glad I’m doing this, yet its definitely difficult.
I’m so glad I gave up on this. After two grueling semesters in school (I wanted to end it after the first semester, but tried to give myself the benefit of a doubt and also stick with what I’d started) I decided to go back to be a Veterinary Assistant instead. I’m still in school for that, but I’m loving it! Just going to school to be a paralegal made me feel that I was doing to die a very early death…I’m truly no good at research! lol
geez! Im not happy. I broke my finger kicking my roomates (ex roomate) ass.
This shit is HARD. Week two of class. Wondering what the heck I’m doing! Its crazy…and I dig it…
Well, I’ve been accepted into the program. Its funded and everything. Just waiting for an orientation date. School starts Oct 15..woo yoo!
I’ll interview at Kaplan tomorrow. This school is only 1 of 4 in Colorado that is ABA certified. It is also a very intense 6 month program. Yikes! In school 4 nights a week. When does homework get done? AACK!
I think this is a good move however. I’d like some credentials to support my work experience.
redbeebee back from vacay...should be doing homework!!
So my first class is at the end of the month. I’m excited and have already started the readings. It’s making my current job a little bit easier too, to understand the legal process etc.
...think about it often, and might still be considering this career route.
