I have done this, but I feel like there’s a lot more I still need to learn. There’s a few good books out there (I cant think of the names right now) that are full of beauty recipes that are great!
I’ve made my own toner that I liked, it was a peppermint sea salt concoction that really helped clear up my acne.
I recently got some raw dried herbs in the mail that I plan on using (when I get some free time) to make more beauty products.

I’m interested in trying this recipe for a moisturizer. It sounds relatively simple. I wonder if it works? We have some aloe vera growing in the backyard so it shouldn’t cost anything so it won’t hurt to try.
Take equal quantity of aloe vera and mineral water. Heat in boiler till it forms a cream. After cooling, put it into a container.
