Take my lunch to work and walk at lunchtime

and ate it before 1PM! (which is a miracle in and of itself) but still didn’t really walk – but did walk on an errand across the campus which is like a walk in and of itself!

I hope Wednesday will be the day that I can do this.

took my lunch but didn’t walk – I don’t feel good – so I didn’t walk – ate a Miso soup mix thingy, banana, pudding along with a apricot juice drink. Yummers!

It is in the tupperware, ready to go!

I am making a large batch of lentil soup for tonight’s dinner and I’ll be able to take some of this to work tomorrow – yummy! :)

I hope it turns out pretty good. It normally does but this time the water level isn’t as high – maybe we’re going to have lentil stew instead of soup?
