This goal while a good goal for some is not a goal for me. I’m too much of a night person and found it difficult/impossible to get myself out of bed in the morning to work out! If you are a morning person I’m sure it’s a good idea, but if you’re a night owl, killing yourself to get up early and work out is just not worth the effort and aggrivation. You’re much better sliding a workout after work or after lunch. 5 years ago

I find I work better and can fit it into my schedule better when I walk at night after work. It really helps to get some of the stress of the day out and Im really enjoying the time Patrick and I are spending walking and talking. We’ve got to improve our posture and positions though and will hopefully work that all out on our way to making it a daily habit. We’re up to twice weekly and I hope by next week to make it three times weekly. We’re doing about half an hour a day but I hope to up that as we both get healthier and stronger and faster. Pearhaps by this time next year I’ll be a smaller healthier me! :) 5 years ago

As of yet I still can’t do this. It’s not a matter of not wanting to, it’s a matter of not pushing myself too. I like that feeling of sleeping in. * see no long sleep in* 6 years ago
