this is definitely NOT happening, i don’t think i’ve taken it in two weeks. it would probably help my weight loss if i did. and my personality. I think i need to see a psychiatrist to see why i can’t take it regularly.

refilled the perscription yesterday, and this is on my list of things to reinvent myself.
My doctor hasn’t tested my thyroid levels in years because I can never say I’ve taken it every day. This time I asked how long I need to take it to test. She said it would take 30 days of taking it consistently to know if the pills are right, and gave me a prescription to get it done when I’m ready. So I’ve taken it for 8 days now. Yay!

i am doing this, synthroid in the am, multivitamin in the pm. then i think i am going to Velcro it to the bathroom wall right next to the mirror. then i can pop a pill while i’m curling my hair, and again at night when i take my contacts out. i sure hope this works.
