Betty’s boss whose brother Alex, was presumed dead comes back as the mysterious woman Alexis, and we see her every week. It appears he has a sex change and comes back to take over the magazine. Meanwhile, it’s fashion week and an appearance from Tim, (Bravo’s Project Runway) is shown.

The nice part of this show is that it shows how people are treated differently and how two sisters, with different backgrounds and lifestyles can get along. It is a very well written show. 6 years ago

Design a Dress

So using stuff like bubble wrap, mailingm envelopes, lampshades, plastic garmet holders, garbage bags, etc. you sketch and design a dress. How cool is that? 6 years ago

She is a sweetheart and superstar. Tonight’s show was very touching as she mentioned she sold her $4,000 Gucci Handbag so her ailing father could get 15 refills because his HMO would not pay for his medication.

Everyweek, she defines what “beautiful is” in a ugly world of fashion. The characters on the show might be devious but likable as they each have their own wonderful personailty.

My only regret of the show is the title and word, “UGLY” as I find Betty very attractive, braces and all, she has a winning smile that lights up the room and a lovable family that would mke the Waltons cheer. I wish they would consider changing the name of the show because she is far from ugly. 6 years ago
