How I did it: I have problems taking vitamins (and medications too) on two fronts: 1) I have problems remembering; and 2) I have a delicate stomach and often get nervous about timing --so I would often put off taking my vitamins because I'd be nervous about my stomach, and then I'd forget altogether. Well. I added this to go along with my “eat less meat” goal. If I’m going to be eating less meat, I don’t want to risk getting ill because I’m not taking in the right things!

i cant swallow them! @#$%^ like a month a go i bougth a couple of vitamins, fat burning and other vits a friend recommend me but i cant swallow some off them and i give up.. i have to try again…

Recently my aunt has been trying to persuade me to take vitamins, she claims it would make me healthier. However, I’m not sure as to how much help it will be.
I even remembered to take my vitamins to work with me so I could have them with a snack since I didn’t have time for breakfast.
