How I did it: I was kind of born flexible to begin with so idk how long it takes maybe about 3 weeks? iam basically double jointed and i can do the over splits all the way on both legs including the middle. if your working on your splits the main thing that you need to know is that it takes time, its easier for some people than others. the first step you do is go as far as you can ware it does not hurt your "warming up" your muscles, not exactly putting alot of pressure on them. you hold it for about 30 seconds. Now time for the actual stretch, now you go down a little bit further ware you can feel a little bit of stretching hold it for a minute, or if you cant feel anything anymore then you can work your way even lower and hold it for another minute. DONT LET ANYONE HELP YOU you can pull a muscle, wait untill your more flexible for someone to help you and dont over strain your muscle ware if it hurts TOO much when working your way down even farther its time to stop and work on it the next day. if you want fast results do this everyday to each leg Read how I did it… 4 years ago
