I’ve got some dvds and two of them are specifically for arms/ upper body.
Did one yesterday. Start at once a week as well as cardio stuff I do already and build up from there.

I’m not sure how I’m going to go about this. I have a couple of dvds which have arm sections so I’ll start doing those again whilst looking out for a weights plan (I’ll need to buy some weights too!)
Definition! Ever so slight, but there in the mirror, a little shape to my previously flabby arms.
I’ve been doing strength training at least twice a week for six weeks. I think it’s making a difference, but I’ve also made an important discovery: all the women with the gorgeous sculpted arms tell me they were just born that way (Sheryl Crow said it in SELF magazine; a friend at the beach, my sister-in-law—when I ask them what exercises they do they look at their arms as if seeing them for the first time: “Oh, they’re just like this.”)
