So much fun! I was captain of a team of 8. We had some fundraisers, like a bake sale and a lemonade stand. We didn’t raise quite as much as I had hoped, but I deffinatley want to do it again next year :)

My brother who is 31 is a cancer survivor and I support and raise money for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life so that one day there will be a cure and cancer will be rembembered as polio is now… Together we CAN make a differance
I’ve been my team leader for the 2005 and 2006 Relay…This year, I actually co-chaired the first Relay for Life at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford (and will co-chair the 2007 Relay). We’re a very small campus and our goal for the event was $5000.00. We actually raised over $8000.00!
The American Cancer Society is such a great organization.
I participated in Relay for Life. I had left without telling my mother and she was pretty angry. During the illumination ceremony was the first time, I had cried in a long time. Not tears but actually cry. Its such a sad sight. But it made me call my mother and tell her how much I actually loved her <3 It was a great experience and Im doing Relay for Life this year too!
I’ve been to the last two in Cambridge Ontario CAN, but only as a member of the media (to cover the event).
This year I want to organize a Vidman.ca group.
