Our Derby team was lucky enough to get free personal trainers for a guy who used to dead lift 2,000+ pounds!! He has me doing squats with the bar. With me luck!
Start working out, and get at LEAST firm muscles, and not just skin and bone like I have now.
i’m 5’11 and 140 i plan to be 165 before the football season. i understand all the science behind it but my body is not allowing it for me. overall 11 percent fat. my bench is 180 and would like it to be 220 in 4 months. all my muscle is in the upper and little in the lower.
Since one year ago I’ve gained a phenomonal 20 pounds. Puberty helped.
Which means I’ve gained 40 total pounds in two years.
I’m only 155 lbs, six foot. It’s not nearly as much as I’d like it to be. Most of the weight is in my legs, I’m almost certain. I have a weight machine for chest and quads (i won’t use the quad machine, I have a bike), and a barbell for deadlifts and such. I’ve been using it for a while, but it might take a while to gain serious muscle. Although I am at that stage of my life where I bulk up like crazy. I weight 135 in may ‘04, and a year later I was 155.
