ive been slacking off by missing 2 days..
i started off really strong!
then i got the worst cramp i’ve EVER got while running.
it was so bad and i was having to run all retarded, hoping no one could see me.
i guess thats what i get for being lazy.

wow it was so much easier than yesterday..
and i went further too.
both plus’ =)
the reason i even wanted to start runing is because i keep losing weight since i graduated high school and stopped dance classes.
so ima say i’ve been losing a lot of muscle..
and ima use this as a way to get some back in my legs!

I recently edited this goal because I realized going from 0 days of working out to 5 was a little overwhelming. Now my goal is to do at least 3 days a week. Once I conquer that on a consistent basis, then we’ll move to 5 days!

I want this to be a healthy pregnancy, with an easier vaginal birth…and I’m getting there with the better eating choices, but also know that it’s time to begin working out. So I’ll begin..carefully and lightly of course. I expect to change it up to much heavier workouts at 5 x per week after the baby is born.
