Go to bed at or before midnight every night

I like to start my day early in the morning!! My school time was 7am and therefore I used to get the early sunrise! Now am in college, and its timing is not early in morning, so am getting up late! Wish I could wake up early again!!So am trying to sleep early to wake up early!!
