Yeah, for most people that know me, a Stephen King novel is unlikely. But I have been reccomended the Dark Tower series and purchased the first book titled ‘The Gunslinger’.
I hope this lives up to the hype, we’ll see.

vneely is writing and baking!
I never thought I’d be reading a Stephen King novel; horror isn’t my thing. However, I respect King as a writer, and no doubt there’s a lot I could learn from him.
I’m starting off with The Shining.
Great¬!
Ive never really paid attention to this particular author but my friend is completely addicted!
Ive recently read ‘Misery’ and it was brilliant! (I recommend reading the book rather than the film)
Starting to read ‘Pet Cemetery’ too and King defiantly has written to expectations!..

So I’ve watched some movies based on his work and they were fabulous, but I haven’t had the time to sit and read one of his novels. I think maybe this summer I shall read one. Usually I get bored when I babysit anyways so hopefully it’ll all work out!

Misery is a wonderful book. I hope you get the chance to read it.
