    Tree People 7 months ago

    So I found the organization Tree People that does ongoing tree planting. I think I’m going to try and get hooked up with them in the next month.

    I am also so happy to say that I found 2 oak tree seedlings in my yard. I carefully dug them up to put in pots until they are big enough to plant somewhere permanently. :D

    I MISSSED arbor day this year I cant believe it. I was SO mad when I found out. I guess the day changes from year to year. I found out 3 days after the fact that I missed it. OH well. I’ve got several trees to plant. The squirrels in my area make sure of that. They have burried lots of nuts in my yard that sprout up on occation.

    SO, I’ll have my own personal arbor day. I’d like to give my trees a bit more time to grow. Perhaps it will be this summer when I replant them.
