Back onto the list it goes. Eight months ago I created this crazy goal and now I need to drag it back up. I went from being able to pull it off (WOO-WHO!) to feeling like I couldn’t do 20 to save my life. I will start today by doing as many as I can and I’ll keep going from there… 6 years ago

Last night Happy Phantom and I took a boot camp class. It involved many core exercises. I tried to keep track of the ab work but I could not keep up with the counting. I was too busy concentrating on the movements. I am almost sure it had to be close to 100 but I could not attest to it although HP might.

I like this idea… work the set count up.
After 25, I suppose the next set count is 33. Then 40 +40 +40
Then 50 +50
Then 60 +60
Then 75 +25
then 80 +20
then a set of 100.
I wonder if I’ll do this … since it was my idea and all … or just let it slide like the lose 15 pounds weight loss sprint. 7 years ago

I started with Girlincurl’s advice but did two sets of 15 and then I had to switch back down to sets of ten. Hmmmm… I have to get over this hump of 60. 7 years ago

I did one set of 20 today.
Then I got distracted making the video of my run. Then I got distracted by having to pack to go to the airport. Then I got distracted by a conference call from my manager. Then a call from my team mate about … actual work.

last night from Moday’s workout. But I attempted the crunches anyway. Only 50. So I backtracked. Only half way there. 7 years ago
At the gym I did 60 crunches in about 4 minutes. Six sets of 10. I checked the time of those crunches by doing 50 crunches in about 5 minutes, before going to bed. I still have a long way to go.

Since thursday I have started a 45 minute full-body workout each evening that includes an ab workout of 20 normal crunches, 20 oblique crunches and 20 toe-touch crunches. Not so bad but I really want to make it to doing 100 normal crunches without feeling like a bowl of jello :) 7 years ago

The last 10 hurt like a mo-fo but I did them. Still in sets of 10 and I refused to look at the clock. Getting sick the other week really screwed up my on target schedule! At least I’m still plugging along over here. Soon, maybe within 2 weeks? 7 years ago
