I’ve managed to do three days a week for over two months! That’s a huge accomplishment for me.

i worked out 3 times last week but it clearly is not happening this week. I feel so lazy ~~ should i just go workout anyways!?

So, maybe in next 3 months or so let’s see if this actually becomes a habit and gets enrolled in my weekly requirements. =)

okay, so i actually made it to the gym 4 times this week but i’m not considering this “done” yet. we’ll see how i’m doing after a month… they say it takes 21 days to form a habit. but…. so far so good. i’m pleased. ;)

I went to the gym only twice but walked a lot over the last two weeks. I’ve been super sick so I’m not really in a gym mood right now. Heading back this week though.

Day 1-Run/Walk 30 minutes treadmill (small hills)
Day 2-Run/Walk 30 minutes treadmill (flat) + weights 30 minutes (arms & stomach)
Day 3-Run Elip Trainer (big hills) + weights 30 minutes (back, chest & stomach)
