    It's a continual development... 3 years ago

I’ve created several websites over the years, all self-taught. My first resource was the book HTML for Dummies, seriously, it gave me the foundation to pick up the rest on my own. I had to learn how/why it works, to know the source code, before I could wrap my head around what it should look like. I wouldn’t necessarilly recommend this to everyone, but it sure helped me. Now when I’m using a webdesign program nd it’s not doing what I want it to do, I go to the code and write it myself (how’s that for making my self feel good). I am by no means a pro, I still consider myself an amateur, but so far that seems good enough for what I want to do. I’ve created a website for my genealogy research, one for my husbands band and I am programming the new website at work.

And I still want to know more. Well that’s it for my half-way advice. Anybody have more to say?
