I so want to quit smoking. I have been smoking since I was 11 years old. I took Chantix in April, Quit in May, but went back in September. God. I want to quit! 2008 is my year!

Seriously, starting this disgusting habit was probably one of the worst decisions i ever made. I dont want to suffer the reprocussions of this habit, nor do i want in any way to jeopradize my son’s health.

i “quit” smoking a billion times but i would always cheat. Both me and my roomate are heavy smokers. this morning when i woke up and found the overflowing ashtray in the living room i just felt so grossed out. I decided i’m going to start tomorrow and but this time REALLY start to quit! I’m half exited about it and half terrified…but i know that somewhere inside me is the willpower! only smokers really know how hard this is!
