Starting today, for real! 4 months ago

Myself and some of the ladies that are part of my church are starting p90x-lean. I am stoked! I need this.

Weight as of today July 20, 2009- 185lbs

My goal was to be near 150 by my brithday Sept 15, two months away, but we will see. The program is 3 months long, so I know that by Oct I will be doing pretty well.

    I will keep you posted.

    150...eek! 8 months ago

Alright, this will take a little while, but it is totally possible. I would love to have this accomplished this year. To add to the goal, I want to not just say the be 150, but to be it and then stay 150.

This isn’t just a me thing either, but God gave me a temple and I need to take care of it.

Fact: gyro cheeseburgers are delicious, but highly detrimental to losing 10 lbs.

    Sometimes, delicious wins.

Went to the gym yesterday just to use their scale (I didn’t have any workout stuff with me) and I’m only 10 lbs. away. Definitely doable.

Definitely thought this was funny... 21 months ago

My weight is a lie on my Driver’s License so it would be pretty cool to be the weight it says! Hmmm. I only need to lose like 35 pounds…holy crap thats a lot!

And I’ve finally started taking this seriously. Joined SparkPeople.com, which has been really useful in helping me track how much I eat. I don’t have a scale, but I’ve definitely lost an inch around my hips! I might have to go shopping now over spring break!

Finally (after 2.5 months…) got my license. I said 150 on there, which means I have about 10-12 lbs. I weighed myself post-Thanksgiving, so I’m not really quite sure as to where I stand with that, but it’s a good enough estimate for me.

I turned 21 earlier this month and had to get a new license. Unfortunately, I have not yet received said license. It’s been a full 6 weeks since I applied for it, and more than 3 weeks since my birthday. Either way, I have no idea what I wrote down as my goal weight for that. (Also, I’m sick of having to explain why I’m buying liquor with an expired license.)

my weight on my drivers license has been the same since i was sixteen, but i long surpassed that weight after high school. Now i’m about ten pounds lighter! Time to get a new license! :-D

I wanted to, then I was, but now I don't want to until renewal. It's complicated. 2 years ago

Several years ago when I was at my heaviest, I absolutely refused to weigh myself for the longest time (denial at its best).

When I renewed my driver’s license, they asked me my height and weight, and I tried to make a modest understating estimate of (read: “lie about”) my weight.

But then, curiosity got the best of me and I decided to weigh myself. My listed weight was 40 pounds less than my actual weight. Thankfully lying about weight on a license isn’t a crime. Or is it!

I renewed it once more about 2 years ago (here it’s every 6 years), and I was still pretending to be the weight listed (even though I certainly wasn’t).

And for some reason, I started making changes in my diet (The Body Mass Index helped motivate me), to try and reach that weight, and surpass it.

About 5 months ago, I finally was at the weight listed on my license. But now I now weigh almost 20 pounds less than the amount, so I’m patiently awaiting the chance to put a truthful weight on my renewed license, and be proud of it.
