I always say I don’t have time to do this and that, but really I just waste a lot of time in my afternoon/evenings/weekends. I could be doing a lot more. Just gotta get into it!
How to use my time more wisely
How I did it: I started using 43Things daily instead of just using it every few months. I now look forward to logging onto this website to see which goals I could work on and try to accomplish. I also started writing down a daily to-do list that has attainable and realistic goals I know I will be able to get done each day. This played a huge part in helping to keep me on task because now I am motivated to finish each thing on my daily list.

Now that I visit the 43Things website more frequently, it has definitely helped to motivate me and keep me on task. I started writing a daily to-do list each day. I actually enjoy crossing items off of my list – it makes me feel very productive. Thanks 43Things!

I think I can now truthfully say that I’ve gotten the hang of wise time management rather well. Of course there’s always some room for improvement, but I’m satisfied with how things are, for now. :)

Last night I started thinking about my time management and how wise it really is.
For the second half of the summer I pretty much just sat on my bed with my laptop, playing around online and sometimes watching tv. I got used to that lifeless rhytm but now I really need to find my way out of it. I noticed that last night because after I got home I made my way straight downstairs to the tv corner and took my laptop with me and I stayed there til I had to go to bed.
Even though I enjoy being online a lot and watching tv etc, I don’t want to look back at this time later on and see that I only had my laptop in my life. It can be fun but in the long run it’s pretty useless for the most part. :s
So I’ll definitely need to prioritize the things I do. I’ll have to cut down on the time I spend online and get a good, healthy, productive rhytm going.
I should get some sort of a nice morning routine; I should familiarize myself with this house through and through, organize the rest of my things and actually live here; I should get a good study routine going, too; I should make time for going out with my friends and just enjoying their company more; I should start eating better; I should start going on walks or something because I have gained quite a lot of weight and that really makes me sad :z ; things like this.
I know I won’t get the hang of this right away and I’ll fail on some of these plans, but I need to try to turn things around and make the best out of my time.

I’m wasting my time a little bit less now. Making and following my to-do list help me to manage time better. There’s time for everything just if you organize yourself better. I also should procrastinate less.

Yep. I really should learn how to do this.
A wise way to use my time would be one where I’d have time to do my university assignments and all these study related things properly but also have time to relax and have a life of my own.
Right now it’s looking quite troublesome. :z Sigh.

Working on my health & working out some stress.
OK, my serve definitely needs some work. It really is quite pitiful right now.
But it really felt great that I practiced my serve & just got out there with my tennis racket again.
Going to try to make this a good habit of mine.
