avoid White sugar for 1 week

Only once a day in my coffee for two days/three mornings. Whew!

Only once a day in my coffee for two days/three mornings. Whew!

I’m thinking it’s progress if I limit my white sugar to once a day instead of unconsciously whenever it’s near my face! OK, that’s a good first step.

But the moon is waning, maybe I could try today? Maybe after my coffee with double-cream, double-sugar?

Sunday coffee hour strikes again. OK, begin when? Imbolc?

I hate being controlled by something else. Could I do it starting… well my last white sugar was… lunchtime today. Let’s see how far I can go toward Friday next?!

i do like that raw stuff and i use more honey but i love my sugar!

Well it’s been sence tuesday and no sugar.. well 1 packet that i just remembered about in my ice tea today! ..errr… i got to start fresh now i want this to be done right!
so tomorrow monday i’ll give it a go agaian!

Well after i seen honey on sale for 3 for 5 bucks.. i got that!
so day one today 3/14/07 – no sugar
now with me getting a tooth pulled tomorrowit should be easy not to eat sugar!! :)
Yeah it’s sort of a cop out but it’s also pattys day too!

This will be complete when….
When I can go 7 straight days with out white suger! I may use brown sugar..
I hear white sugar is bad for you ! and I put a ton in my coffee. Now i don’t want to give up coffee or tea!
but i may have to for a week! or not put sugar in it!
