I finally went fishing for real while I was visiting family in New York. I actually caught a bass too! It was so exhilirating, and so exciting! My cousin also caught an eel that day. We threw them back, but we still go photos. I would LOVE to fish again.

How I did it: My brothers and cousin had a fishing pole but I didn't. I was about 7 or 8 and they wouldn't let me have a turn. The best thing...my brother's and cousin didn't. LOL! I've done it several times after in my lifetime and have such a fine time. I hope one day I can t… Read how I did it…

I would like to go fishing so I can hang up a sign on my door that says “Gone Fishin’”. Not really. I’ve heard that fishing is an art. I’m curious. Not just to stick a pole with a worm into a creek but to experience the process.
dancnluc plans to go out of town today with no set plans on what to do. Just go
When I was growing up – I was such a tomboy and loved to fish with my dad, grandfather, and uncle. Even after I left home – I did a little fishing. I think the last time I really went fising was before I got married so that’s been over 26 years. My husband and I took our two oldest out once when they were young but I didn’t fish. All we caught was mosiqutes. LOL.
So yesterday while we were out, my husband bought us a set of fishing poles. Now to see if we can find the other equipment.
