Save $1500 in my savings account.

I’ve got a little over a tenth of this amount in my account. I’m concerned about how little I’ve been able to save lately, because of vehicle and health problems. I want to get the numbers back up in my account ASAP. But, at least I was able to put something in there this month.

I deposited $300+ into my account. I’m hoping that I don’t need to use this quite as much in the coming months! I hope my car stays healthy.

I’m 2/3 of the way there! :D

So, earlier this week I had to withdraw $60, because my debit card wouldn’t read at the gas station. (It’s a few years old and got warped in the hot car once, sometimes it won’t read.) That left my balance at $637.26. Today I put in $302.37, which brings me up to $939.63. This is if my math is correct.

Edit: My actual balance is 938.25…I forgot about the service charge for the withdrawal from the non-bank ATM. Got my statement today.

I put $1 bill birthday gift, $20 birthday check, and $246.65 mileage check into my account. That totals $267.65 that I deposited and it brings my account up to $697.26.

I made a deposit of $234.90 yesterday, which means I have 429.61 total in my account. Not too bad considering I am almost to the half-way point of where I need to be until I can start decreasing my savings and focusing more on debt payoff. I think I must have done better than realized last month. :D

whenever I get my mileage check from my business trip last month. I’ve e-mailed some people to ask why it’s been held up, too. Supposedly it was issued on the 17th.

about this goal this weekend. She said she’d like for me to save $1000 really quickly and then add less to it until I get to the $1500 level while beginning to attack some of my debts. I’m having to use savings this month to live on, and I will hopefully have some things coming my way to build it back up soon, though.

due to my doctor’s appointment and unexpected medicines I’ve had to buy this month. I don’t know if I’ll even be able to pay myself back really soon, either, is the bad part. But, putting this up will result in my doing it as soon as possible.
