For the past few years, I have had serious physical problems, due to crappy genetics and not really taking care of myself. Lately I’ve noticed that if I walk for a long time without a backpack to balance me out, I get nasty pains in my lower back. Pressing my fists into the spots where it hurts helps, but I can’t walk like that forever.
Lately I’ve found myself taking walks in the middle of the night, and I always walk on the side of the road that has the most benches so I can sit down when I have to, which is pretty much every time I pass one. But tonight I was able to skip one before needing to sit. Perhaps someday I’ll be able to walk a lot again :)
