find my true calling

Please guide me to my true calling, my vocation, my career.
It will make me leap out of bed each morning, excited to go to work.
It will make the world a better place.
It will let me be a good provider and live comfortably.
My vocation will be a part of defining who I am, in a very good way.
I ask the Universe to put me on the path to my vocation.

looking for the perfect job for me, combining my interests in travel, well-being, and communications, to help others in the process and make the world a better place.

It sounds so simple. Get paid for doing what I love. It seems thousands of people get it out there.

Unfortunately I seem to love something for a very short amount of time (aside from my beautiful wife of course). I tried a few things early, and decided IT was the way to go.

It interested me for about 6 years, but now every day I feel like I’m choking. I think of ways I can do the bare minimum to still get my paycheck and save my boss’s wrath. That’s definitely not behaviour of someone doing their true calling.

I am investigating options at the moment, and I think I will take a career change course shortly. Who knows if it will help? It can’t hurt. I want to actually achieve something in this world and not go through it living like a zombie for 9 hours per day at work.

I would like to figure out what my true passion is and how to obtain that as a career. I love being with children and I always thought that would be my job working with children but I am not so sure if that is what I want anymore.

I’m going to be an elementary art school teacher. I changed my major to education and I love it! I’m so excited and I feel like I’m finally doing what I’m supposed to be doing.

I’m a mother.

I hope this isn’t true. I want to know that I’ve made a mark on someone’s life in a positive way. I want to know that I

held you during your darkest hour,

1. Being an elementary school art teacher – I love art and I love kids. The potential for creativity in children amazes me. I would like to help inspire them.

2. A massage therapist – I like doing things that make other people feel good. I also really enjoy working with my hands.

4. A professional ceramic artist – Pottery is one my favorite things, ever. This would be fantastic. Blissful.

I want to find something that is not a huge time commitment though.
Because I want to have time to do things like grow my own food, make my own clothes, etc. I enjoy things like this. I want to work for myself to supply as many of my needs as I can on my own. Also time to spend with people that are important to me.

Ok so I havent completed this goal yet, but I have completed as much of it as im going to, as I got thinking I came to the conclusion that my true calling will be somthing that finds me, in the sence of destiny and fate to a degree, I mean I belive that my personality, morals and being, will effect where and what finds me and where I end up, so im going to free up this space.
