Skipped this for a few days, doing it again right now! =)
Carybear is Feeling sleepy!
How I did it: I have been op for about a week. I swich anywhere from 10-20 mins. after, I brush with 100% pure vegetable soap. NOT toothpaste. Then I rinse well with sea salt and warm filtered water. I do it nly once a day, in the am after lemon and hot water (i wait a half an hour) since I hear it can be a pretty intense detox. Read how I did it…

I did not want to do this this morning. I tried the sesame seed oil yesterday and it was nasty.

Done. I’m using coconut (its what I have) and it makes my tongue feel yucky.

I tried this for the first time tonight! Kinda felt weird, but I am sure it will improve my health and I’m all for that =)
So I have done this faithfully for over a month, more like a month and a half, and I haven’t noticed that much of a difference. Granted, I am fairly healthy to begin with, so I couldn’t have any miracles. I don’t think that I’ll continue though, on to the next odd goal;p
So I have been doing this for approximately three weeks now, and I believe that my skin looks a bit better. I swish for 20 minutes every morning, while doing general cleaning up, or showering. the worst is that it makes my nose itch, and there is nothing worse than sneezing with a mouthful of oil. Twice I have managed to spray it all over my face ;p
Well at least I think that it is the second day;p It could be the 3rd. For me this is very easy, no gagging anyway. It fits in with the glass of water before my morning smoothie. I am not doing it for any real health benefits, but anything detox aught to be good, and everyone wants whiter teeth, right? I have to remember to use my kitchen timer for the 20 minutes, or I would just keep going!
Almost finished with my mapleade, 9th day today and I can’t wait for it to end, but while reading some entries someone mentioned oil pulling and I made a note to research it; I had no idea it was also on this site.
So here I go again, I hope this is not too unpleasant. I have no particular ills that I need healing from, though I do have seasonal allergies, but that has been dormant for a while; so once again, if I can get clearer skin, great; if not and I’m really pulling toxins out of my body then it’s totally worth it.
I’m beginning to sound like a health nut, but if it can keep me healthy then it’s all worth it.
If I’m going to live long, I’d like to do so with a very healthy body
