Body weight 140. Goal is to bench 280.

I am close to this but since I have been trainning for a marathon I have been going the wrong direction. I am currently about 156 and can bench 300 so need to lose 6 pounds or bench 12 more :)
I benched 285 this week and weigh 190+. Any advice on whether I should focus on increasing my bench or decreasing my weight first. I’m thinking 340/170 would be the right ratio for my 5’11” frame.
I’m about 170-175lbs now and my ultimate goal is to bench 360lbs. My rough max is 300lbs so about 60lbs more to go ;)
Current body weight: 113lbs
1 rep max bench: 150lbs
to go: 76lbs
gonna be a lot of work, especially now that it seems I’ve pulled a clavical tendon and need to take the chest work easy for the next few weeks. Guess I’ll be mainly working my tris up until my chest is healed.
My strength goals are coming at the wrong time of the year. I tend to concentrate on Aerobic work more in the warm months and the weight training more in the colder ones. Sort of bulk up for winter and trim down for summer. If only I could actually stick to the plan. Anyways this goal will probably be a long time coming.
My body weight ranges from 140-145 lbs and I can put up 245 lbs a couple times fairly easily these days… only 45 more pounds to go!
Now I weigh more (160) and have not changed by bp weight. Will go for 300. Being > 30 years old changes things.
