How to go to a wine-tasting

How I did it: In short, I needed a wine for a dinner I was planning and was never quite sure why I leaned toward less dry wines. Well I got my answer- tannins. Which is the cottony feel you get from certain wines. The wine I choose along with dinner was a success!
Lessons & tips: Ask questions and try everything. Go back to what you enjoyed and then ask how it was made.
