Night before last – 2 yoghurts
Last night – Glass of juice
Anything but nachos, cake, chocolate – that sort of thing. I want the pudge to go away.
belly bulge is still here and I need to get rid of it. I get home from work late at night and always have a craving to eat something. Nachos has been a big thing for me lately. If anything I should have something small in portion and better for me – grapes, sliced mango, peaches, or pears.
