see a hockey game

The season is almost over, and unless you are lucky enough to be in Edmonton or Carolina (I am!), you will have to wait until October to do this.

Go out, take some friends, scream your head off and show your club some love. They play as hard (or harder) than football players, but they do it on a baseball schedule; they deserve more fans.

watching is good, playing is better. There is nothing like playing a pickup hockey game with some old friends, on an outdoor rink on a Sunday afternoon.
I’m not sure there’s anything I’d rather be doing right now.

i love the artificial cold, the sound of the skates on ice, the possibility of a fight and all the cheering and yelling from the stands. Nothing like seeing it on tv.

I don’t have an excuse why I haven’t, I live in Tampa. But fuck tickets are so expensive, even the nosebleed seats. ;|

which is cool so at least I can watch a game on TV. Need to drive over to Tampa to see an NHL game. Hopefully soon.
