working on this one again. I did it 3 times in the last week. The week before I was a little more successful. Sometimes I don’t get to this until it’s too late and past time for bed. I think I will get better at this if I can keep the TV and PC off after a certain hour. 15 months ago
I’ve had to set this goal aside to prioritize sleep recently. I end up getting home waaay too late and then I’m just too exausted to make time for it. If it’s after midnight the best use of my time is not to read newspapers.
