I’ve often caught myself thinking, “I don’t have time to plan stuff.” But the reality is, I spend/waste more time when I don’t have a plan. When I don’t plan for the week in advance, we eat out too much or we eat too much processed food. :( It’s important that I make some time tomorrow to plan our food week. Come Wednesday when I start to get really tired, I’ll be glad I did it.
