to mark this done yesterday, but so glad I finally got it done. I don’t know why I leave it so long, but I always end up marching down there and demanding that the guy cut my hair right this instant because I can’t bear it any longer – and in response he always gives me a look that suggests I leave it less than 8 months in between cuts next time!!
He took quite a lot off, but promised he only did what had to be done to make it healthy, so I’m not that bothered – it feels thicker and I guess that makes it feel shorter too. No more tangles for me!
Must get this done more often though; at least I know now that when it gets to the unbearably-tangly-stage I must go and book an appointment as soon as possible!
No more Meatloaf Syndrome anyway!

Wow what an adventure! Apparently the neighborhood was having a blackout, so I got my haircut “in the dark” and skipped the blow-dry. But I can’t tell how it looks yet!
It feels so much lighter and I’m glad to have A YEAR’S worth of split ends cut off!
And it turned out to only be $35 at the place on the corner; I was afraid it’d be twice that, at least.

I hate when my hair starts to get long, and my bangs get in my face. I’m getting shaggy anyway… need to take off about an inch. I’m getting tempted to cut it myself, and that never turns out so well.
