compose my own music

Hello My Name IS ronan and i have been writeing my own songs since i was 6 years old im not 14 years old and im still doing it..
What I write is what happens in my life instead of saying it to everyone i make a song about it and i write happy songs And Songs To get everyone up of their seats and just dance and songs that will make people think really hard about life anyway thats about me and my music cya XoOo

so i forgot to mention i have sibelius on my laptop so i can start writing my music down – although pencil and paper would sufice. i even wrote a bar and a half! suddenly it seams so hard to write it down.
i can hear it in my head but writing down is something totaly different.

yesterday i received scores from Jennifer Bate i had honour to meet in person and i’m looking forward to play it today. last night it was too late.

i think i expect too much. music can be simple.

I recently found a couple of floppy discs which contained MIDI files of music I’d improvised on my keyboard some years ago. Both pieces were pretty terrible but there were moments where some of the chords were nice, and there was almost an interesting little tune here and there. But they’d come about purely by chance, and then I’d plastered wrong notes and silly noises all over them.

There’s no reason why I can’t do it properly, if I take time and seriously work at it. Unfortunately they’re the problems. However, hearing that “music” again has triggered my interest again.

i actually am writing a piece of music that has taken me 2 years to just get as far as i am now. i havent completed it and im very far from doing so also. i’ve been listening to other awesome pieces and asking music people if and what they like about it. i use finale notepad and my keyboard piano with a gadzillion instruments on it. i sometimes lose interest in it and that’s whats taking me so long. its one thing that is more of a 31 type of thing(24+7=31 from 24/7 lol) i dont think i’ll finish it anywhere in the near future…

I live and breathe electronic music, and I’ve started messing around on Reason with my boyfriend’s help. I just need to keep practicing so I get better.

I need to get my singing skills out there and if I truly want to become a singer someday I need to make some songs and demos to present myself, I am going to take some piano lessons in the near future and buy some great composing software and equipment. It’s time to make it happen!
