The chinese have been warring with each other since the dawn of their civilization. The need for ultimate efficiency and ledgerdemain has been paramount to them since the first sword was drawn in anger. The idea of the feudal state is much older than the “Feudal Era” of japan and europe.

llong is growing slowly but surely
I highly recommend this book to all martial artists, managers, and athletes/coaches. It’s a very very short read, available online for free, and timeless.
