    Because I don’t think my current schedule can handle this, I’m promising myself to start this in April.

    I’d like to eat 5 meals a day, no less than 1.5 hours but no more than 3 hours apart. I’d like to emphasize fresh fruit and vegetables.

    And hopefully this will help kick start my metabolism and lose more weight.
