stop having sex

Lately I’ve been thinking about my promise of abstinence. Sometimes I’m afraid I won’t have the conviction and feel too pressured or too ‘in love.’ But I think I am understanding this more now. Also, I read this quote and wanted to share it. “Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires, which war against your soul.” -Peter 2:11.

Do you want to have self-respect?
Do you want control over your life?
Do you want to take a huge step on the journey of personal health?
Do you want to avoid moral crises?
Do you want to avoid life long treatments for diseases?
Do you want to use your energy for something more useful?

Its been since christmas and I feel so good about myself. I have become more involved in church and everything that made me sad before, no longer exists. I am so happy.
