make a chocolate souffle

Well, it was rough :). I misread the recipe and switched the egg whites for egg yolks. It 2was interesting to say the least :). I’d try again though—I kind of have to since I bought cute little individual souffle cups for this specific reason! Plus it only half counts since I made it wrong—it was decent though, flavor wise. Consistently was just not right. I made an AWESOME chocolate sauce to go with it though. OH MAN. it was awesome
