demeTREEa is trying to accept everything as it is
the olympic opening ceremonies had definite elements of tai chi, right? spectacular!! it seems like such a graceful yet powerful art with precise body control, like yoga’s slightly tougher older brother perhaps. The only class i’ve seen is too pricey for me to sign up for now but i’ll look for other offerings

I had my first class tonight and it was very enjoyable. I felt very relaxed after the class. It is a little crowded, so I am hoping that some people will drop for future classes, but we will see.
I will be going back for more (it is a 10 week class), so I am marking this goal as completed.

I just called and they finally have an opening, so I will be giving this a try in April. The sessions I am going to are free, but if I end up liking them, I think there are some other outfits locally that offer as well. Will see how it goes.

I called my insurance provider and it seems that the class that I thought I was going to take was already filled, so I asked to be added to the waiting list for the next series of classes. Hopefully this time it will work out…I am exited to give it a try.
