I still have 31% body fat and know that this will reduce as I lose weight.

Which is higher than I want it to be
(note: it said 29% before, but I took more accurate measurements (in front of a mirror) and I accidentally said my neck was 3/4 of an inch smaller than it actually is, so I was off by 2%.
Need to diet and exercise more to get this goal moving forwards.
Any other good strategies for reducing body fat?
I was over 36% fat before I started my diet in January.
I’ve lost 25lbs so far and my body fat has gone down to 31%. I have limited exercise options due to my health.
I want to get to 25% by the end of the year with a diet then change the muscle/fat ratio next year.
