I think this goal did me the world of good…it’s helped with my fitness levels…I am a little fitter than I was before i started this goal and am more relaxable as I can now touch my toes when I bend over so it’s all good.
I was unable to do the last two days because of tiredness and illness but the other 8 days did me so muc good and it was one small step in the bigger task of getting fitter.

I didn’t manage to do it today and I wanted to so much. I had a banging headache all morning and most of the afternoon and then I started to feel unwell with a tempreture and didn’t feel up to it. I wanted to push myself to do it but I would of made myself really ill so I had to not do it today but I feel with good reason. It’s not like I skipped it because I couldn’t be bothered, I wanted to do it so bad and missed not working out!!

I have just completed 40 minurtes and am shattered lol I did the same as yesterday but with five minutes of the tough section in the middle on the DVDOMG it is soooo fast and I am not fit enough do anymore than what I made myself do. After five minutes I was ready to fall over out of breath so I thought it was a good idea to end it there and go to the cool down section.
I found it harder today because my arms are tired and I didn’t realise until I started the work out. I hope I can finish this goal as there is only two more days left of this goal and then i have the weekend off which I am looking forward to if I am honest.
I am so hungry now, I don’t know if I should shower first or eat :os

35 minutes…the same as I did yesterday. I did find it a little tougher than yesterday and did stop a couple of times for ten seconds but I was soon back into it. I am tired from yesterday but not achey which is a good thing. I had to really push myself today but I did enjoy it and can’t wait to do it tomorrow hehe.
It is so tiring I can tell you but I hope the hard work will all pay off in the end. This is just a small step in reaching a btter level of fitness and a better body but I am better taking it one step at a time like this as I am less likely to quit!!

I have just done over 30 minutes of exercise. I did the ten minute warm up of Pump It Up and then I did the next section which is 20 minutes long and then the cool down section at the end of the DVD.
I did all of the second section and managed to keep up with it too which I don’t think I would of been able to do this time last week. I don’t know all the moves in the second part but I was able to keep up, there was only two times when I stopped and each time was for less than 10 seconds and I stopped because it’s a difficult move that I need to master and I kept getting myself tied in knotts trying to do it lol
There is some moves where I can do the leg movements but not all the arm movements but I will be able to pick them up in enough time.
I enjoyed it, I really did!!

I walked to town and back early this morning and I checked the distance and it’s a mile there and a mile back so I walked two miles today.
I just did 20 minutes work out too, the same as i have done the last three previous days.
I didn’t think I would manage it because I am worn out from my walk this morning and about 2 minutes into the first part of the workout I was worn out and nearly gave up but I completed it and then did it again like the other days.
I just did all of the cool down section at the end of the DVD. I have only been doing a little of it on the other days because I didn’t think I needed to do it all seen as I only did one part of the DVD (twice) each time. But today with being achey from my walk and pushing myself harder i thought I could do with the cool down session all the way through and thanks to that I feel better than I did before I did the work out…well except for the sweat hehe.
I am glad i have two days off now to be honest because my body is starting to ache in the places where the workout is targeting. Last night i was in some much discomfort because my muscles are hurting and a bath didn’t ease them up too much but I am hoping they will feel better on Monday after a couple of days away from this.
it’s the half way mark now which is great, lets see if I can do this goal!!

Another 20 minutes completed. I did the same as the two previous days and am still ill so found it a little tough but I am starting to feel a lot better health wise so I should be able to move back onto what I did on Monday when say six starts. Tomorrow I will probably do the same as today, I also have to walk just over 2 miles tomorrow so will be getting a lot more exercise than any other day this week.

I did the same as yesterday!! It has worn me out and I am sweating like mad again lol I feel worse than I did yesterday but I was determined to do it. Only 7 more days left to go to complete this goal, almost half way there!! :o)

Even though I am ill and feel rough and don’t have much energy I just did over 20 minutes. I did the warm up part of the Pump it Up DVD twice and was sweating when I finished. It was rough because I am ill but I managed to do it and am happy about that.

I did 20 minutes of the Pump It Up exercise DVD. It was hard work but I think I will do this for every 20 minute exercise session for the 10 days.
I enjoyed it and will soon get fitter by doing that!!
